Who We Are, What We Do

QualityAdvantage is our association of experienced, creative, enthusiastic quality professionals committed to building and improving quality systems, while permanently reducing quality costs.

QualityAdvantage was founded by Robert Holm, President, in 2000.

Bob has more than forty years’ experience, more than half with corporate-level responsibilities, in a wide variety of business sectors creating, implementing, improving and directing Quality Management Systems.

Bob’s extensive knowledge of Quality Management, combined with his enthusiastic implementation, training and facilitation skills help him lead organizations to improve their Quality Management Systems and to reduce their quality costs.

Bob holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management from University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute). Bob is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and ASQ Certified Quality Manager.

Bob is joined by seasoned, veteran QualityAdvantage Certified Partners all across the USA. Ours is no-nonsense, hands-on, experience and expertise committed to organizations like yours seeking new opportunities… that’s the QualityAdvantage!
